Social Responsibility

We adhere to the social responsibility, compliance, laws and regulations, and international standards through our policies and procedures. Transcapital NBFI prohibits all financing activities of warfare and weapons, alcoholic beverages and tobacco, money laundering and terrorism financing, and environment and health hazards. 

We have been following the seven client protection principles advocated by the international Smart Campaign since 2010.  Of which:

• Appropriate product design and delivery
• Prevention of over-indebtedness
• Transparency
• Responsible pricing
• Fair and respectful treatment of clients
• Privacy of client data
• Mechanisms for complaint resolution

We do not discriminate our employees on the basis of age, gender, religion and appearance but hear their voice and provide workplace which meets the occupational safety, work condition and wage within the framework of the law.

Within the area of CSR, Transcapital NBFI operates in order to improve household livelihood, create jobs, reduce poverty and support micro-, small and medium enterprises. In that respect, we provide regular financial advice to micro-business owners who have insufficient collateral, no access to other financial institutions, and lack of financial literacy as well as small and medium enterprises which want to expand their businesses and support them through fast and flexible services. In partnership with international organizations, we offer financial and non-financial services in order to mitigate serious issues facing Mongolia of reducing air and soil pollution, increasing energy efficiency and improving the living condition.

CSR activities

• We join the ""1000 backpacks"" campaign every year to distribute backpacks with complete school supplies to target group children in rural areas and Ulaanbaatar city.  
• Under our ""With you, for happiness"" slogan, we organize our annual children art painting and essay contest among our clients and staff's children and award whoever shows creativity. 
• We donate blood twice a year with the collaboration of National Blood Transfusion Research Center.
• We keep the environment clean and plant trees during the annual ""TreeCapital 1000"" campaign.                                                                                                                                                                                               
• We conduct training regularly for improving financial literacy of people and enterprises in rural provinces.
• We actively endorse the activities of social responsibility, partnering with government organizations, professional business and sports non-government organizations
