Transcapital has partnered with Development Solutions NGO to implement the “Business Excellence for Sustainability and Transparency (BEST)” Program, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

Today, it operates successfully through a network of 33 branches—including 19 in Ulaanbaatar and 14 in rural areas—and is recognized as one of the leading institutions with strong financial discipline and social responsibility.

Within this framework, Transcapital will collaborate with Development Solutions NGO under the BEST Program over the next five years to:
- Organize training sessions, discussions, and forums for SMEs
- Improve access to finance for business owners
- Promote economic governance, accountability, and transparency
