Transcapital NBFI has started working as a partner organization in the Women in Business (WiB) Program in Mongolia, in collaboration with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The program aims to empower women entrepreneurs by providing training, advisory services, and tailored financial products that meet their specific needs and business challenges.

The official launch event was held on February 18, 2022, attended by:

  • Hannes Takach, Resident Representative of EBRD in Mongolia
  • Francis Malige, Director of Financial Institutions
  • Tendi Teleki, Director of the Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative (We-Fi)
  • Ariunzaya A., Minister of Labor and Social Protection

During the event, Transcapital NBFI’s CEO, Altanzul.Z, along with business representatives, led a discussion on challenges faced by women entrepreneurs and potential solutions. Over 70 women entrepreneurs, representatives of Transcapital clients, actively participated in the discussion.

Going forward, Transcapital will continue to expand both financial and non-financial services for all its clients in Ulaanbaatar and across the provinces, with a focus on supporting women entrepreneurs.
