Transcapital NBFI was awarded the “Outstanding Sustainable Finance Institution” title in recognition of its significant contribution to the development of sustainable finance in Mongolia in 2022. The award, jointly presented by the Mongolian Sustainable Finance Association, Bank of Mongolia, and the Financial Regulatory Commission, honors institutions that lead their sector and demonstrate exemplary commitment to sustainable finance practices.

Under the Mongolian Sustainable Finance Program, the award highlights organizations that have achieved notable progress and success in implementing sustainable finance policies. The results of the 2022 selection were officially announced on December 9, 2022.

Transcapital has been a pioneer among Mongolian MFIs, implementing a comprehensive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) system since 2020. The institution strives to set an example in the sector, sharing its experience while actively promoting environmentally and socially responsible practices.
