Transcapital NBFI continues to expand its operations year by year in line with its mission and vision, providing financial and non-financial support to micro, small, and medium-sized business owners.
As part of this effort, on August 23, 2023, in Govi-Altai, and on August 28, 2023, in Arkhangai, Transcapital opened new branches and officially started their operations.
During the openings, as part of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development’s (EBRD) “Central Asia Women in Business” program, seminars were organized for local women entrepreneurs. These seminars focused on financial literacy and digital marketing, helping to strengthen the capacity of small and medium-sized businesses and improve the local economic environment.
Additionally, Transcapital, together with Development Solutions NGO, in collaboration with the USAID “Business Enabling Support for SMEs (BEST)” program, organized

The “Customer Days” events allowed women entrepreneurs to showcase their products, meet each other, and build new collaborations, providing a unique opportunity for networking and business growth.
The seminars and training sessions were supported by the Bank of Mongolia’s Public Education and Information Center, which provided books and guides for participants.
